Application Process

Families are invited to attend either an Open House or come for afternoon Tea ‘n Tour to experience our approach. After visiting our school, and you feel that our school is a good fit for your family, you will then follow the steps below:

1. Complete the “Registration Form” for our waiting list.

2. If there is an available space for your child, you will be notified in August (for the following year) whereupon you will then complete the enrollment paperwork (Application Form & Child Information Sheet) and submit along with a non-refundable deposit of 1 month’s fee to reserve your child’s space.

Priority is given to neighbourhood children and returning families. Enrollment decisions are based on balancing classrooms for gender, age and diversity. It is not based on the order the applications are received.
